- Calgary Northeast saw the steepest rent drop in the city, with unfurnished 1-bedroom units down -18.1% year-over-year and -10.4% month-to-month. At $1,391/month, it’s also the only quadrant where rents have dipped below $1,500.
- Furnished units command growing premium in Downtown Edmonton
- In September 2025, furnished 1-bedroom rents rose +8.1% year-over-year, while unfurnished dropped -7.5%. The gap has widened, with the furnished premium jumping from $376 in 2024 to $619 in 2025.
