Job Summary:
Davies Property Management is looking for an experienced, all-around Renovation Technician to handle residential
maintenance and upgrade projects across our portfolio. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in
quality work, can operate independently, and is confident across multiple trades.

Responsibilities:
● Complete general carpentry work including framing, finishing, and repairs
● Install and repair flooring (laminate, vinyl, hardwood, tile)
● Perform drywall installation, mudding, taping, and finishing
● Interior and exterior painting with attention to detail
● Build and repair fences, decks, and exterior structures
● Basic landscaping and property upkeep as required
● Diagnose issues and complete renovations efficiently and to a high standard
● Estimate materials, time, and scope for renovation and repair projects
● Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
● Communicate clearly with management on timelines, materials, and job progress
Requirements:
● Strong experience in general carpentry and residential renovations
● Skilled in multiple trades (flooring, drywall, painting, etc.)
● Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks/projects
● Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail
● Ability to perform physically demanding work
● Must supply own tools
Nice to Have:
● Experience working in property management or multi-unit residential environments
● Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical repairs
