- Northeast Calgary has the cheapest rental prices in Calgary for one-bedroom unfurnished units at $1,519/month while the most expensive area in Calgary is Southeast Calgary at $1,596. All other areas fall within this narrow price range, highlighting the city’s evenly distributed rental market.
- Calgary sees large price swings between furnished and unfurnished units
- There are significant price fluctuations between furnished and unfurnished units in Calgary. Calgary Centre experienced the largest month-to-month increase for one-bedroom furnished units (+8.19%), while also experiencing a (-6.49%) drop in prices for unfurnished units. This trend is consistent across Calgary with Northwest and Southeast Calgary seeing prices increase for one-bedroom furnished units while also seeing prices fall for unfurnished units.
