The last 30 days has been a rough ride for everyone with uncertainty, job losses, and health scares. Thank you for all your support for what we are doing during this unprecedented time. Everything we do is making a difference. But, there is more work to be done!
Please take a moment today to contact your MLA and MP and ask them for the following:
- Create an emergency rental assistance program for those who are impacted by the COVID-19 crisis and struggle to cover housing expenses.
- Better tailor the eviction moratorium provision and safeguard owners' ability to effectively manage their investment and rental properties.
- Allow more housing providers access to mortgage forbearance and ensure fairness and flexibility in its terms.
