Our company has been providing property management services for apartments, single family homes and commercial properties since 1984.

Services provided for our clients are:

• FULL SERVICE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT for multi-family, single family and light commercial property including but not limited to advertising, tenant screening, lease signing, rent collection, maintenance administration, property inspections, lease renewals, budget preparation, monthly accounting statements and tenant issue resolutions.
   
• Property acquisition and analysis. Does this property make sense financial sense for you?
   
• Property Managers are Licensed Real Estate Associates. All funds are handled under trust conditions. All rents are deposited into Trust Accounts.
   
• Twenty-four hour on call Maintenance Staff to handle emergencies if required.
   
• Qualified in-house maintenance personnel & subtrades. We have dealt with many of our trades for over 20 years.
   
• Extra charges are few. There are no charges for photocopying, letter writing, accounting setup or postage.
   
• Sale of the property. We assist the INVESTOR on the sale of the property. We work with a number of real estate investors daily, who get a first look at all properties for sale.
