Davies Management & Realty Ltd. is an Edmonton, Alberta based company that provides third-party property management for private and government clients. It currently manages over 750 doors in the Edmonton Area. Davies Management & Realty Ltd. was owned by the Davies Family from July 1984 to January 2008, a period of 24 years. On February 1, 2008, Jason Dolynny purchased the company from Brent and Leigh Davies.

Our Team

OWNER/BROKER - JASON DOLYNNY
Jason purchased Davies Management & Realty in 2008 and has since obtained his Alberta Real Estate Associate License and Alberta Real Estate Broker License. Having graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree, majoring in Finance, Jason has spent time in the forest products industry(Weyerhaeuser), transportation industry( Sherwood Park Towing) and the radio industry (Rogers) prior to coming to Davies Management & Realty.

PROPERTY MANAGER - DIANNE BOLLMAN
Dianne started with Davies Management & Realty in 2004 and obtained her Alberta Real Estate Associate license soon after. She currently manages a portfolio of properties that include our multi-family units and numerous single family owners that have been with Davies Management & Realty for a number of years. Prior to coming over to Davies, Dianne spent many years in BC selling real estate and eventually came over to Alberta working with MidWest And Boardwalk properties.

PROPERTY MANAGER - KARIN MACDONALD
Karin started with Davies Management & Realty in 2010 and is a licensed Real Estate Associate in Alberta. She currently manages a portfolio of single family properties and is responsible for all online advertising done at the brokerage. Prior to coming over to Davies, Karin spent time selling Real Estate in the Edmonton area with Realty Executives and Re/Max brokerages.

ACCOUNTANT - TRISHA LENNIX
Trisha came to Davies Management & Realty in 2011 after spending several years working for Birdsell Grant Law offices in their accounting and human resource department. Trisha has obtained both her Accounting and Human Resource Diplomas from The Northern Alberta Institute of Technology. She maintains all trust records for the brokerage and ensures all property statements are accurate and delivered promptly to our owners.

ADMINISTRATOR - IRIS WARAWA
Iris has been employed by Davies Management & Realty since 1987 and is responsible for all administration functions at the office which includes all file management, recordkeeping for resident managers, mail sorting and main switchboard duties. Iris is also the first friendly face you will meet when entering our office.
